LIME Connection

LIME Connection conferences provide the space for robust discussion on leadership, curriculum innovation and collaboration in Indigenous health and health professional education. They provide opportunities to celebrate successes and share new and evidenced-based approaches in the field.

The tenth biennial Leaders in Indigenous Medical Education (LIME) Connection, ‘Staying Connected’ has was held online as a series of curated webinars. It was held from August – October 2021, and included three Keynote and five Panel presentations, the opportunity for delegates to participate in discussion and facilitated Q & A sessions with presenters, as well as some social networking opportunities.

The format of LIME Connection X in 2023 is yet to be determined but will once again include a Specialist Medical College stream.

Good Practice Case Studies

The LIME Good Practice Case Studies Resources showcase examples of good practice in Indigenous medical and health education from schools and specialist colleges across Australia and Aotearoa/New Zealand.

Future volumes will include case studies relating to Specialist Medical Colleges, building the evidence base for Indigenous health initiatives in specialist medical education.

  • Read the Good Practice Case Studies resources.
  • LIME will also explore ways to share success stories, champions and positive strategies through publication on the LIME website of Specialist Medical College projects and activities.
